As a member of the Council of Classified Employees (CCE), you are part of a larger organization called the California Federation of Teachers (CFT). The CFT is dedicated to empowering educators, classified professionals, and communities through strong leadership and collective action.

Our Mission
Our mission is rooted in the belief that collective action and solidarity give power to workers. Through collective bargaining, CCE AFT Local 4522 represents, protects, and amplifies the voices of Palomar College classified staff, their families, and all workers. We are committed to ensuring fair wages, job security, and dignity in the workplace.
