The Good & Welfare Fund provides support, encouragement, and recognition to union members during significant life events, both positive and challenging. The intention is to promote solidarity among union members and ensure that the union is responsive to the personal needs of its members. All active members of CCE 4522 in good standing are eligible to receive benefits under this policy by filling out the Good & Welfare Form. Retired members and CCE associates may also be considered for Good & Welfare on a case-by-case basis, as determined by the Good & Welfare Committee.
